Step up Your Hatha with a little added flow.

If you like Hatha but want a little more flow, then this is your class.
​
There is still an emphasis on holding poses but with a little more flow between each one.
Breath work is key in moving between the poses as well as maintaining good alignment while in the pose itself.
​
Hatha flow can really help to strengthen your practice and gives you the opportunity for more dynamic movement.
Mindfulness will be part of the classes to encourage release and relaxation in the mind and body.
​
You will need a good understanding of yoga poses for the hatha flow practice and you can build this either through my beginners yoga course, or through a regular hatha practice.
