Our time together will start with a hatha yoga practice where you can really connect with your breath and concentrate on your body. The practice will be uplifting and light in-keeping with our transition to the new season.
Lunch will be nourishing salads, bread, meats, cheeses and fruit.
After lunch, we will take a gentle walk around the village of Bletchingdon, enjoying the beautiful outdoors.
We will return to the hall to prepare ourselves for a sound bath.
Grab an eye pillow, snuggle up in a blanket, feel comfortable and content in your body and mind and enjoy feeling completely rested.
Throughout the day, there will be time to catch up for a chat, have a hot drink and just enjoy being away from the stresses of everyday life.
