Support doesn't finish once you have welcomed your baby, I am here for practical and emotional support after you have had your baby.

In the weeks after a baby is born, tender care for the whole family is so important. Birth is a huge transition, and it's essential to honour this period of bonding, resting, recovery and expansion. It's a time for love, warmth and rest - and this might be the aspect of doula work that I'm most passionate about.

There is no 'one size fits all' approach to caring for a newborn, we each must find what works for our own family. That's why my postpartum work is tailored specifically to your needs and circumstances. I'll be on hand to give you non-judgemental support, with an open heart. Sometimes, all we need is an extra pair of hands, and some gentle cheerleading from the sidelines.

Pregnancy yoga classes offer you a safe, friendly and comfortable space from 12 weeks of pregnancy right through to birth.

I aim to help Mum's-to-be to tune into their bodies, connect with their babies and find their inner strength.

By noticing what your body and baby are asking for, we can learn to slow down and invite a calmness and softness into our pregnancy while building strength and stamina.

Classes are specially designed to flow gently, offer breathing exercises along with meditation and vocal toning.

Postnatal yoga classes offer you a safe, friendly and comfortable space for you to re-establish your yoga practice from 6 weeks postpartum.

I aim to help new Mum's to tune into their new bodies and start to move again.

You are welcome to bring your babies with you to class and enjoy some time exploring yoga whilst knowing your baby is safe and in a calming environment.

Classes are specially designed to help you safely strengthen the whole body whilst bonding with your baby amongst a community of other mums.

De-brief sessions can be a useful way to understand what happened during your labour and birth.  Asking questions and talking through your experience can help to untangle your thoughts and feelings.

De-brief sessions are suitable for couples or individuals and can be offered in your home.
