Come and join me in this safe, calm and focussed Yoga for Anxiety course.
Anxiety is a natural response to a stressful situation.
Understanding what anxiety is and how it works is paramount to us being able to manage ourselves when anxiety sets in.
We need to find ways to tell our nervous system that we are safe. If we remain in a state of anxiety for extended periods of time this can impact our physical and mental health considerably.
The course has been designed and structured to help you recognise your triggers, acknowledge how you are feeling and give you information and knowledge around what you can do to cope in these moments.
The course is suitable for everyone no matter your physical fitness, age, gender or body shape.
The group is kept purposefully small to ensure that everyone feels comfortable, inclusive and able to ask questions.
By the end of the 4 weeks you will feel more confident in understanding your anxiety and putting into practice the tools learnt in the course to rebalance your nervous system.
I supply all equipment needed for the in-person classes and the only thing you will need to bring to class is yourself, some water and a blanket.
